Exotic fruit tartare

ingredients:
20 cl of exotic fruit juice (100% juice)
1 tsp. powdered vanilla coffee
150 g of pineapple
2 kiwis
½ mango
1 banana
1 tsp. tablespoons chopped mint

method
Pour the exotic fruit juice and vanilla powder in a food processor, without accessories.
Set the temperature to 100 °, the timer for 5 minutes. and speed to "mix 3".
Remove from bowl and let cool preparation.
Peel the different fruits. Cut the pineapple and mango cubes, kiwi and banana into thin slices. You can use the accessory to make diced cubes, if desired.
Divide the fruit into 4 cups transparent washers beginning with banana and kiwi, then adding diced mango and pineapple. Sprinkle with juice with vanilla and sprinkle with chopped mint.

Serve at room temperature or in the fridge before serving.
